Who you're buying from

Placing an order

When you check out, you're making an offer to buy. Your order is accepted once we confirm it by email. If we can't fulfil an order — most often because a variety has sold out — we'll tell you and refund you in full.

Prices and availability

Prices are in US dollars and shown on each product. Shipping is $10, free over $99, and is added at checkout.

We're a farm, so what we have depends on the season and the harvest. Varieties sell out, and sizes vary naturally from year to year. Prices can change, but the price you see at checkout is the price you pay — we never charge more than the total you confirmed.

If a genuine pricing error appears on the site, we'll contact you before charging or shipping, and you can confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through Stripe. We accept the cards and payment methods shown on the checkout page. Your order isn't confirmed until payment has gone through.

A natural product

Pecans are grown, not manufactured. Colour, size, and flavour vary between varieties and between seasons, and photographs are representative rather than exact. The occasional shell fragment can survive shelling and sorting, so please take care when eating or baking.

Allergies: our products are pecans — tree nuts — and are handled in a facility where tree nuts are present throughout. If you have a nut allergy, these products are not suitable for you.

Delivery and returns

Shipping, pickup, and what happens if an order arrives damaged or incorrect are covered on our Shipping & Returns page, which forms part of these terms.

In-shell and custom orders

In-shell pecans and large or custom orders are arranged by inquiry rather than through the cart. Terms for those are whatever we agree with you in writing beforehand, including price, quantity, and delivery.

Our responsibility

We stand behind what we grow. If we get an order wrong, we'll put it right — replace it or refund it. Beyond that, our responsibility to you is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. Nothing here limits any rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited.

Using this website

The content on this site — our photographs, text, and branding — belongs to us. You're welcome to share links to it. Please don't reuse our photographs or copy for your own commercial purposes without asking.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
